We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our fulfilment partners. Delivery time depends on your country and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times
- Spain: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't receive it within 3 business days, check your spam folder and, if it isn't there, contact us at noxio@noxiostudio.com.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you paid.
Undelivered or lost packages
If a tracked shipment stops updating for more than 10 business days or is marked as delivered but you never received it, please contact us at noxio@noxiostudio.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Damaged in transit
Take a photo of the damaged package upon arrival and email us within 7 days. We'll cover the replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
