Welcome to PetXio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website petxio.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through it. By using this Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Merchant identification

The Site is owned and operated by NOXIO STUDIO, S.L., a Spanish limited liability company. Full legal identification is available in our Legal Notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from PetXio.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photos, colours and features as accurately as possible.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected by the visitor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The purchase contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, rates and free-shipping thresholds are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty applicable in your country of residence (in the EU, at least 3 years from delivery). Contact noxio@noxiostudio.com to claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (logo, brand "PetXio", texts, photos, graphics, code) is the property of NOXIO STUDIO, S.L. or its licensors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetXio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, except in cases where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Orders placed before the update will be governed by the version in force at the moment of the order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
